I usually get everything updated the moment I get it...I would try getting it again. I know I've lost a bunch of badges due to servers not sending/receiving information .
Yeah, I don't think EA is running old decreped machines. Most businesses their size get rid of machines once the warranty runs out, so I doubt they are that old/bad.

yes the server was in america, seattle. its jsut across the water from me im at the tip of vancouver island towards the south. i ping about ten in the server. (its my clan server)
