I do sometimes. if i dont like my teacher i day dream about placing c4 underher chair and detonatining it. Havent we all day dreamed about killing someone in a way we could on BF2.

BF2 is like oxygen you don't realize how much you need it untill you dont have it.

the only evidence that ive played too much is how the non gamers i know are absolutely terrible compared to me with any joystick, it doesnt matter if its pacman or a flight simulator, afew hours of bf2 flight and you could fly an airplane. The only exception is that you cant pull the Stunts without stalling a real plane midair.

The other memory i have of somethin like this was with starcraft... i played it for 4 hours straight and kept hearing this really annoying warping sound over and over all day long, was like a terrible headache.

Only sign I've noticed is, after I played all day during the holidays, I would hear the blip of UAV when trying to sleep. Annoying as hell and impossible to get rid of.

The only problems I have (aside form the obligatory crane check out) is when I play other games and I'm trying to Commo rose wheel Enemy spotted in Rainbow 6 Lockdown, or CC FTF, or Unreal/ Quake. Hell I even tried it in Blazing Angels the other day :)

Real life thingy. Just got out from a real intense game and went out for a couple of beers. An American car drove past me (pretty much a rarity around here) and I instictively thought about pressing "Prnt Sc". Ive got thousands of screencaps from BF2, because I like to cap everything funny or cool I see in the game.

HEY! We actually did that in "megazone" or whatever the game with lazers was. I was sweaty as a horse in less than 5 minutes and totally worn out, but the game just forced you to either camp in a dark corner or stay out and run and jump like crazy.

So I'm on my way to work this morning after a fairly late night playing BF2, and as I'm rolling down the highway I pass a construction site where they are just getting set to build a new office building. I'm glancing over at the site and it hits me...

Long concrete wall with steps running up at an angle, medium size tower crane with triangular cross section, some half built outbuilding and scaffolding... then I see three guys in construction hats looking my way over the wall.. my disordered brain suddenly paints them in desert camo and sniping at me!!! Argh! Its the construction area of Shaqari for REAL...AHHHHHH.. I was suddenly wishing my motorcycle had a grenade launcher.

I had the same feeling yesterday. I was on businees trip on Eindhoven, Holland. We were visiting a hospital there and observing how a new upgrade of our instrument will perform. At some point when serviceman and our software fellow were busy with the PC and my part was over, I also noticed similar gantry from the window. Suddenly I felt that I should say "Enemy sniper spoted". It made me smile inside :)

When Im driving to work I want to jump out and place mines on the shadowy parts of the road.... :)... I play engineer a lot :)

You know you have played too much BF2 when you wake up in the morning (respawn) and look for the closest, best cover.
