    Localization files for SF

Hello everyone, I figured it out myself about how to modify localization files. It's working, I can't get colors in but to me, seeing x [Explosive Egg] y or
x [UH60 "Flying Cow"] y is fun enough.

The problem is, when I modify the SF files, they show normally ingame. All the Vanilla weapons used in SF will still be modified but not SF guns in any of the two versions. When I checked the files, the modifications were still there, as if they were showing up in game. They hadn't reset after I started the game or anything.

What's happening and how do I fix it?

      Re: Localization files for SF

You need to modify both files pertaining to SF. The copy that is used when playing vanilla maps located in C:\Program Files\EA GAMES\Battlefield 2\mods\bf2\Localization\English and the copy that is used when playing SF maps located in C:\Program Files\EA GAMES\Battlefield 2\mods\xpack\Localization\English

BTW there have been guides since December on how to edit your files. You should search one out and read it. :p
