Yes the G36E have more precision and fire very fast, more chance to kill a enemy rapidly. But for long distance, L85 was very good, I kill a guy in sharqi with 1 shot much longer at a sniper :rock: . The guy was very FAR !!!. I think the L85 is more powerful for kills. It is for this am confused...

i could out shoot u with sniper any day. lol if u want to take it up message me and we will find a server just friendly compitition.

L85A1 has bad recoil when fired fast, G36E has the chance to be crap on u at long distance

L85a1 all the way. Sometimes that thing is a better sniper rifle then my L96a1 and thats saying something.

Finally, everybody gets the G36E is made for short and mid - range and the L85 is made for mid and long - range, best with the single fire mode... (AND FOR THE MEC "AK-101 " ALL the WAY!!!)

L8 is great but its weird...sometimes its uber accurate, then next second i don't even see where bullets flying out to :S.

From what I've heard, the L85A1 has worse accuracy, but works better when used long range. The G36E has better spray and pray, but not as good long range. I guess it comes down to if your rushing or staying back and healing your buddies that didn't get that far.

I'm french and always wonder what *cough* means, i see it alot on forums, plz explain :)

btw my fav is G36E, i found i can turn the burst into full auto with some timed clicking: 1, 2, 3 -> click, click, click -> 900 rpm full auto, but sometimes hard to focus in the action.

And i love the L85 too, yeah you must use single shot and WAIT half a sec between shots, with the scope of course.

So, my conclusion, one needs precise timing at long range(L85), and the other in close combat(G36E) and they both own ;p

Who are you going to interrogate? In any case, the weapon depends really on a couple of things:

1- What weapon have you grown more accustomed to? Do you feel more confident with one over the other?

2- What is your style of play? Do you run in and start shooting forst? Or do you prefer the laid back, wait until a couple people get killed and drum up some business for you then rush in?

Both things should be considered.:)

Well my vote was going be the L8. But I have two accounts and last night went back to my higher ranked account and used the G36e again and got like 40 kills in the first round. the G36e can be a long range weapon also on single shot but not as good as the L8 (that thing is a sniper killer) I have had snipers think I was hacking with it for getting head shots on them.

So my vote is both depending on situation and style of play
