While all passwords are encrypted and salted, it's recommended that you change your password here when you can.
NO the game does not need more jets. IMHO there are already too many jets and helos buzzing overhead. If you want more jets than have DICE make Air Only maps with as many planes and helos as you want, but lets keep the game fair for those of us that perfer it on the ground!!!!
i just said that there would be specially made AIR ONLY maps, the sizes would be bigger, the handling changed. And again this is for the Sow mod not for Standard BF2 for those who do actually read more than the first reply

Maybe if you read more than the first line you might make a more informed decision, is that at all possible for you?
I dont kno why DICE didnt develop a map that was predominetly air power, but I can guess it has something to do with ranked gameplay. If you'll notice all fly maps follow the same principable. 2 jets, 2 runways. (64 players) total number of players that can be in jets on one team, 3 if bomber is included. Maybe the stat system has something to do with it. You never kno.
I posted a suggestion over at DiCE feedback section asking for an Air Only (No Fly Zone) map and an Helo/Tank Only map. The forum mods have yet to publish that post, but I totally support the idea of a Planes Only map that counters the whole Infantry Only movement. I am sure there would be enough points to go around because you would rarely have ticket bleed!
I think jets should be less powerful, after all they drop 1 bomb within 500 yards and you are dead or seriously wounded. Also I think jets should take 4 times as long to spawn. Two jets on each team is plenty.
Reason 1# So every player that wants a jet can get one.
Reason 2# The main selling point of view are the jets, people love them, people have a vision of mass dog fights in the sky, and it would be pretty damn cool, about 10 or more jets flying around like mentalists trying to shoot anything that moves, insted of 4 jets per map even less sometimes which, can i say will lead to mass baserape, at least with 10 or more jets in the sky you have more chance of everything, taking off, actually shooting something down, and improoving your skill, not to miss it will be the best fun you've ever experienced on bf2.

good idea, maybe we need a an all plane map, it could be called AP or PO. infantry whores already have their map. why not give us plane whores a map...
My thoughts exactly. Like we need more magic flying carpets hopping from target to target with no care in the world other then another pilot or bumping into the UAV.
