We were hacked. Several times over the past two weeks, in fact.
While all passwords are encrypted and salted, it's recommended that you change your password here when you can.
Better players on average on an SF server vs. BF2 standard server. The hardcore SF players will wipe a vanilla players due to a better understanding of the maps, sniping spots, paths to flags, etc. Granted, there are always new players, but there are lots of hardcore SF players. You can always tell a vanilla player since they run around without using the hooks and zips. Going back to vanilla is easier in my mind as there are less variables to deal with (few building hiding spots, fewer paths to flags, less area to defend, etc.)
I must admit it was the first time I'd played in about 3 months, and wow, I was SAS Sniper and just couldn't miss, I had 40+ kills in a round and at least 30 of them were headshots WHILE people were running. I thought I was going to get kicked for hacking if I carried on like that, I couldn't go wrong! It was brillient! lol
Yes I do find it easier and find better teamwork for some reason. Another bonus is that I can get to play commander more often - almost no chance in vanilla BF2 as someone seems to have a higher rank.
I find teamwork is a whole lot better in SF then Vanilla. I guess the more of the Non Plane using players move to SF due to the fact that Jets just take away from BF2 since they are really noobed out and make ground pounding too simple.
Try to get a squad to work together in BF2 seems really hard for some reason. Guess because of the bigger maps, each person has their own agenda or are standing around waiting to jump into something that flies.
Ive been playing for a while now and everytime I come back to SF i seem to find it so much easier maybe its because not many veterans of vanilla play? Im not a bad player and usually always come in the top 3 but in vanilla but sf I seem to dominate to me it seems easier to take people down like the guns have more hit points or something. It could also be the fact that their are hardly any vehicles on the maps well some anyway.

Yeah i know what you mean. I personally think its down to the fact that most of the the first weapons are the second weapon unlocks from the original bit. i.e. the F2000, first choice SAS assault weapon whereas in normal BF2 this is the second unlock.
P.S i do exceptionally well with this gun.
yes i thnk its allot easier but ive become allot better though (havent played in a while) and in SF im almost everythime in the top 3 .. normal bf2 is ok but im normaly 8th or 5th or so.. well im gonna play spiderman in ghost town.. C ya:evil:

I've actually seen the the more skilled players hang around in SF more than regular BF2. SF is not easier by any means, maybe the servers you are hanging around have little or no real competition. Some servers have a lot of really good squads defending and attacking flags with some outstanding teamwork strats.
