You need to wait for Vista for your OS to access 4GB RAM (& beyond)
well - that IS the conventional wisdom
as Win only 'sees' 3.2gb ram
but TRUST me - this is now REAL LIFE experience
    my system (p4 3.2 GHz)
is MUCH better , in and out of game

Any recommendations on mics? kulamonster3 recommends Plantronics headset and since I have on-board sound (C-Media 8738) it sounds like quite a good idea.
$14 Walmart - Logietch with mike mute switch works just fine
also have the $40 pair - the lows are little better
but they are not as comfortable

some of our guys like the plantronics - but = $$

Blast! I totally forgot about that because you've just reminded me of a colleage who has an editting PC with 4GB of RAM and the PC only sees 3.5GB. Oh, eff it :censored: ....always forgetting the small details.

I've seen plenty of clips and had plenty of jibber-jabber in my ear about it from friends. I did get to play it very briefly on friend's PC and thought "why the hell am I not playing this?".

I was going to buy it last year based on the reviews it got, but then I still had a crummy Radeon 9800Pro.

That's so pathetic... And to think EA took the time to glorified thier graphics and realism just so one can turn it to blocky pixelated no shadow just to gain some advantage? I rather play the GAME on how it was MEANT. BEAUTIFUL!
