Just try get gold every round you play, and at least have fun whilst doing so. This rnak up has taken me forever as i hardly play

Agreed with exi. IO whoring is all good, it's down to basics. No hiding behind think metal walls, or flyign miles up spamming a machine gun onto the ground. It takes so real skill in IO when playing some top notch players..
e.g. my picture posted when I ranked up, their are some players in the opposing team that are respected very highly in New Zealand

My previously horrible 1 hour and 30 minutes a day average has shrunk as a result of my tardiness. I wish I could play BF2 more.

Infantry Only whoring is still whoring. I can't understand the people who play nothing but Karkand all day, racking up revive points.
Eventually I would gouge out my eyes to ease the boredom that festers in my soul after so many hours of the same old thing day after day after day.
I will agree that playing against the best BF2 has to offer on a consistantly level playing field is the most fun that this game can offer.
However, saying that flying a jet or piloting/gunning/solo'ing in a helicopter requires less skill than ground pounding is just ignorance. All require different skill sets, and degrees of situational awareness, but all require vast ammounts of skill to do well with. Don't discount one for another until you've mastered them all, because all you do in the process is start an arguement that nobody wins in.
