I like the new patch..

I like the new patch, at least we do not have to go through what we went through with the very unstable 1.3 version. There is always improvements that could take place however I am just happy we can play again with out the system restarting or crashing to the desktop or server connection errors etc. the list goes on.

Still connection problems has appeared...So. Not perfect, but better than 1.3!

then ur NUTS i hate it it hasnt fixed exploits ( i know one in karkand tht IS SOOOOOO EASY to do easier thn the old hotel one) so hurry up EA and DICE otherwsie im not getting Bf2142 WHO IS WITH MEEEEEE lol

Compared to previous released patches, 1.4 is a tiny step forward. I still get CTD, lost connection every now and then. Though I don’t get them as much like I did in 1.3, the point is, they’re supposed to be fixed not partially fixed or attempted to fix these problems. And yes I have a decent PC for gaming ONLY.

Can't say I am.... I mean face it city slicker... 2142 is the next generation of multiplayer-battle the most people are going to move on... thats life and you go with it or stay in the past...

What your saying would be like saying (in the 1990's yea doom is the shizit which it was but I'm not gonna try the new games coming out because of flaws in this one????) can you imagine how far behind we would be if everyone thought like you do.

If connection problems bother you, but you think 2142 will be better, you better pray that the game has NONE of the problems that the beta did. - and thats all I got to say about that.

Only thing I have to say about this is I am glad the patch is out.

Personally, I am very disappointed that DiCE did not get this map out two months ago, minus the IO and JBad. There should have been a 1.31 hotfix out within weeks. This patch to me, is NOT an improvement over 1.22, it is bring the game back up close to where it was pre-1.3. Ya, the game is more stable again, but The game was very stable at 1.22 also. Where are we at six months since 1.22? We are no farther along. Yeah, we have a new game mode, cartillery was fixed, and we have another map, but tell me, why should I be happy several months later?

I don't a quick push by EA to get Armored Fury out was worth all the headaches and community attrition we suffered because of 1.3 and the long wait for 1.4.

come on you can't base everything off a beta thats why it's called a beta to work out the probs....
