Hackers!!!

i was playing not too long ago and i had a player (DoggednCrazy or something like that) pying on the ground at the hotel (Karkand). i put a full clip into him (G36C) and he didn't die nor did he even know i hit him.
Clip 2 & 3 went into him as well as my knife. I have previously sent a video to Internode on another incident and they told me "you didn't connect with every shot". This time i know i did.

now what is confusing me is, i thought punkbuster was supposed to detect these hacks and kick/ban people. am i wrong???
is there hacks out there that punkbuster is not detecting???

some feedback would be appreciated.

well if you had a video of it you could report him, without it there is no proof, sorry.

but i guess there are some hacks that get through PB

Not a Hacker it is a know exploit of the game in the Hotel. Some server say they will kick/ban for using it.

FF is always on in internode and i wasn't on his team.
how can it be an exploit. i shot him multiple times (3 clips & 1 knife)

BTW, it most likely is the fact that BF2 has the ****tiest netcode

(IE that is why you can get like 10 headshots on someone, they don't die, then turn around and kill you with 1 shot, and then the knife missing is a hit detection problem)

Well I'm just saying, with a little more play time you will find out the true randomness of BF2. I myself have layed down right infront of someone and let off a full clip to not even rego a hit, other times I have just dragged my cursor across the screen and clicked once on a guys head and HS'd him from about 200M's. The games just completely random.

Upload the video though.

Hate to say it but maybe it was lag? I have no idea, BF2 reg is horrible.

There is a common hack out there called the Imm. Hack (Immunity Hack). Sometimes it is also called Imm. Glitch.

The user of this hack can be immune to one weapon type of their choice at a time. You can get around this by switching weapons (pistol is usually best) because they are set to what you were using. However, some people are very quick on changing over the hack to your new weapon. He may have seen you take out your knife and set the hack to knife. If you see him again, throw a nade, then continue firing at him. He'll either keep hack on your main gun and die by the grenade, or switch to grenade and die by your gun.
