I've actually notice a marked increase in the abilityto hit speeding Humvee's Vodnicks, FAV's and DPV's. The trick seems to be to aim slightly off the vehicle, and then steer the missile onto the target. I've been picking up kills like crazy like this.
PS, I'm not talking about basic deflection shooting here. I mean actually aim for the near miss, then adjust.
However I have noticed a distinct increae in the number of missiles I punch straight through the SIDE of a PARKED apc. Especially one's spawn raping in Karkand. Missiles just go through them.
