Find a supply guy, and get him to drop ya lots of ammo.
Then, take out claymores, and put them somewhere people always run thru.
Use supply bag, and repeat.
Easy kils, and probably explosive ordinance badges
I find that the best way to get lots of kills is to position yourself at a botteneck. Like on Wake Island, you should position youself near one of the bridges and take out the people as they cross, if you can. Also, a good thing to remember is to not snipe from an open area, even if you can see lots, it means you can be seen from lots of places, which gets you killed, so pick your spots really carefully and you'll make em' scared.
This might not work for everybody, but I stay away from the high ground unless I find a spot with something dark behind me. The silohette of a snipers head on a building is like a bullseye. I stay low and aim for the high spots. Like the hotel on Ghost Town is one of the worst spots to work from but so many people keep heading there.

...this is about being a "good sniper"...not about being lame!
nicely done . there is one rule that all snipers (reguargless of how good they are ) is wait until enemy stops moving for about 3 seconds, its simple its just 1 2 3 boom head shot! and by the time i die i used already more then half of my spare magazines, whenever i was a sniper i was always ready looking around and sometimes when enemy is coming toward me and dont see me and they are walking i shoot at the chest and ( this should be part of ripleys  ) they dont do anything about it sometimes its fun to kill the person over and over without them noticing were u are. and they funniest thing that ever happened to me is when i was laying on the floor sniping in the road dont remember the map though and a tank passes by me unnoticed i was like OMFGROFLMFAO and im pretty sure he saw me
When I snipe I tend to use m95 and in closer range but still in concealment because if an enemy gets hit in chest from north by a guy 200m away the arrow pointing where it came from will be same direction as guy north 1000m away.
As long as you are in some grass with a bushes and tress youre goodbecause being slighty in and in front of the bush (based on where you aiming) means that your camo blends well with your background(the bush) and if you miss the enemy doesnt KNOW it was a sniper it could be anyone so they are juming and swing in all directions trying to find someone obvious they arent going to freeze for 7 econds and slowly scope the place and if they do...headshot.

Keep moving, don't stay in a spot for too long(Even if its the godliest spot..keep moving)
Don't hide in the grass and be like "ZOMG, NO ONE WILL EVUR SEE ME!!111" Well they will, because grass doesn't render 10+ meters away..so hide behind tree trunks, rocks, etc.
Hiding in grass and bushes normally doesn`t work. Unfortunately.
