there is nothing in the ROE stating that you may not use C4 to get on buildings..

hyperthetically if it was against ROE, and it was possible by other means via vehicles/supply crates would it still be considered a no no?

as the ROE is worded now, that may not be enforced so you cant kick or ban for it..
