I have to say shotgun, its what i get my most kills with but i hope to find a good automatic gun to get easy kills.

Pretty sure I had my first kill with a GL yesterday. I had it open when a guy came around a corner. I felt bad.

Don't feel bad, it is a tool to kill people. You did what you had to do so your team could win. Just because it is not as glamorous as a standing firefight with an M16 against a AK-101 for 10 seconds, does not lessen the value of the kill. The reason a GL kill is mared right now is because of what it was like over a year ago. People could kill with it at pointblank range and there was little-to-no damage on the person shooting with the GL. It was not right. Now, the GL will hurt you if you shoot it from too close.

The GL is fine, and the Assualt kit can still be king of the map with the right player.

maybe it has a really good scope?
the scope on m-40 in this game is like what? 2X?
its like more a magnifying glas than a scope.. and the rifle itself cant kill with a centermass shot. not very realistic, havent managed to get a single headshot yet (headshots=hollywood).

after 2 days of playing i must say i like the SAW best.

very strange choice of weapons in this game.

i like the m249 saw most even though i dont use it though, it just looks like a pure anti infantry weapon and i bet in real life people would run from the sight of an american soldier holding one, just looks brutish :p the gun i use most if the G36E, please dont flame me :cry: lol

Scar-L, I own the medium range assault situations. When things are going well its 3-4 enemies per clip and if I have a medic near me...that flag is all mine.

in reality theyre little more than beefed up asssault rifles (sort of like the support version of the G36 with the 100 round mag), also ive heared the ones used in iraq jam alot.

i think US ARMY uses the FN-MAG as general purpose machine gun and the marines use the M-60, or maybe its the other way around.
