BF2 v1.4 Complaint Thread (Keep it Civil!)
I ain't one for complaining much but I have to say that 1.4 has really p*ssed me off........
I haven't played BF2 in ages due to constant CTD, Server Crashes from 1.3 and bloody bunny hopping noobs.
I downloaded and installed 1.4 the other day and this was the 1st chance I got to try it..... And man, was I disappointed.
The bunny hoppers are still here, not only that BUT the jump height has increased..... What the FU*K!!!! Most people complain about the bunny hopping noobs, and they go and make the jump height bigger.... Do they want this game overtaken by people constantly jumping around, and not running??
All though, the jump height increase does come a lil handy to getting to some places.
Next is the insta-prone ablity.... I thought they tried to eliminate that? Or even the dolphin diving? Well, both are still possible, and as you might guess, people are doing that also....
Why can't EA/DICE do something useful.... When doing a patch, try not to FU*K UP what you tried to sort out previously.....
The two second delay between prone and crouch is realisitic like, but why not put a 5 second delay in between prone and standing, eliminating the prone-stand-prone-stand routine I've seen, and used on occassions.
Personally, Vanilla BF2 is going no where and probably PoE and some other MODs will be the future of this worthless game..... Come on, it's been well over a year since is been released.... WHY HAVEN'T THEY GOT IT SORTED YET??
Now, if this is signs of things to come, I think I won't buy EA/DICE's next adventure into "BUG" land. In other words, BF2142 will be rushed and full of bugs, and they won't bother sorting it out coz they have they clientelle's money.......
Think it's time to boycott BF2142.... You're opinion...
