    How...No, Why would you need to install the full 1.4 patch twice? Follow the order as suggested.

        Because EF needs at least 1.2...However, someone before says that SF brings it up to 1.2 therefore the first full 1.4 would be unneccesary???

          Wow, you all have it easy. When I click on 1.4.exe I get absolutely nothing. I even downloaded it again (two times) and still get nothing.

              one thing i found was that it was a bit laggy and my graphics card was stressed a LOT compared to normal, could it be the map or the ambient temperatures?

                Well I notice the patch is pretty heavy so, I suggest at least a reboot when the patch is done because I had the exact same problem there.

                  i did a reboot and defrag before and after installing the patch, i also did a check to see if pb needed updating, it didnt, and i also updated my nividia drivers following the same procedure as above.

                  I reckon it could be the fact that i was due for promotion and that sometimes affects the lagginess of the game. Anyone else found that?
