Click Manage Account => Create Account. Simple as that.

Before you click "create account", you have to make sure that you've also clicked on the "single player" tab. It should be at the top of the box somewhere.

you dont even need to create a new account just click the single player tab

If you aren't connected to the internet and don't have an offline account you can't get past the login screen to click the SP tab.

Accept Terms button
Singleplayer tab
enter new account name
Create Account button

Well I have made offline accounts and when my net goes down I cant get into them
