Thanks for clarifying. I found that out a little while after posting, though. At least I know I wasn't taking the hard way in now!

EDIT: Looks like Him figured it out, too. Sorry for the double post.

Re: The Official PoE Easter Egg Thread
Sorry for the double post, but I think it is worth it to confirm the UFO requirements.
I started a local game on the 64-player map of Dnipro Sunrise, and typed "sv.numPlayersNeededToStart 1" into the console so that I could capture control points with no one else in the game. After capturing the "Docks" flag, I flew to the area in the screenshot showing the UFO grounded. After leaving the game alone for about 20-30 minutes, the UFO did indeed spawn.
As of right now, I'm having some difficulties actually getting in the UFO to pilot it... Edit: It seems the only way to enter the UFO is by entering from the top (I managed to drop onto it after bailing out of the EuroTiger). The "lasers" it fires are basically extremely explosive, high-velocity bullets. Handles similar to a helicopter but seems a little funky.
Added both a cockpit view and gunner's view (with gunner's laser firing) screenshots.
Edit: Corrected the typo in the command I entered in the console. Edit 2: Also thanks to Titch2349 for pointing out that Germany must be the one who owns the Docks control point in order for the UFO to spawn. Ukraine will not spawn the UFO.

Re: The Official PoE Easter Egg Thread
The UFO on Dnipro Sunrise has to do with the "Docks" control point and waiting a certain amount of time (what the units are in the CON files I'm not sure). Edit: They may be seconds, judging by other vehicle spawn times, so you would have to wait 30-40 minutes for it to spawn if this is true.
The vehicle spawner is identified as "CPNAME_Dnipro_64_Power_Station_X_Snowmobile", though it is tied to the control point with an ID of 257. The control point with an ID of 257 is "Docks", if my understanding is correct.
