I will leave a server before I change sides. Some of my best games are ones I lost. If I have a completely inept team, I'll leave. Changing teams isn't any fun since you already know your team couldn't fight it's way out of a wet paper bag. I of course will make the required attempts to make something happen: Form a squad, invite people to join. You can sometimes make dramatic come backs late in a game if you suddenly get a few people working together. How many times have you seen the USMC getting thier butt's kicked on Wake only to get one good unit on land and they end up winning the round by capping out all the flags, even though the Chinese had a huge ticket lead?
