1.) if u are a squad leader it is never a good thing to be plane or attack helo whoring.

2.) sometimes when an enemy flag is heavily defended it is good to hang back in cover and provide ur squadmates a place to spawn.

3.) squadleaders do not be a sniper or a "medal of honor medic".

4.) squadleaders should always take a tactical approach to winnnig games. i.e., taking a flag by the least active flank instead of going into/through the meatgrinder.
