Sadlt Britain doesn't have any aircraft carriers, we have three Through Deck Cruisers designed for VTOL aircraft. However these are being replaced with two modern aircraft carriers in 2012.

Sadly the days of the good old days when the British Empire ruled the seas are over. The British Empire was the most extensive empire in world history and for a substantial time was not only a major power but the foremost power in the world.
