Lots and lots of practice. Ever since I upgraded my computer and have no lag I've gotten quite good at it. I usually set up camp near a tree or halfway in brush. Those are the best spots. Don't waste too much time trying to snipe at very difficult objects at first. Being a sniper takes patience, wait for that perfect shot.
my favorite thing to do when sniping is, if people are running towards you, take a quick shot to the chest and finish em off quickly with a pistol. its easier than taking a headshot when they are moving
