Absolutely, hotfix should have come out days after they realised the mistake was made, not months. I can't believe some are defending over this lousy service, which I have not known in any other multiplayer game. I dont know if frustration should be thrown at Dice though, I bet EA has them bent over backwards with high demands and imossible deadlines for BF2142. Now EA have to pay their employee's for the extra 40 hours a week overtime worked you can bet your *** they are whipping them twice as hard.

Its pretty bad but its not like the server's crash every hour or anything you can go days without a crash somtimes. and as we have a fairly popular server we don't want to pull it out from under players that enjoy playing on it.
as far as CTD I havn't had one in weeks all you need to do is put autoready on and let the game load into the server when you first connect

I havnt felt like playing bf2 since 2142 beta came out. I think EA is done with bf2, they kinda screwed that game up from the start and making a huge effort to not do the same with 2142. Iam going to keep playing the betas and buy the game when its released in october

well said rocker, i would rather them take the time to get it right than release something that sucks. there are really only three big places that people discuss bf2 and im sure they have someone who reads the forums, and just like any other business they will want to make us happy so we continue to buy the games . im just as frustrated as anyone else but im not letting it control my life.GET A GRIP ..............BREATHE .............its ok now ......go kill somebody and if you want,........come kill me .......try the battlefield ohio server209.190.16.75 oh yeah they are looking for good gamers so come on and lets kick each others buttttttts LOL
Isn't it obvious that EA/Dice have abandoned BF2 and are focusing their efforts entirely on new titles, BF2142, BF:Bad Company. Seems pretty clear that's what they have done. Time to move on soldiers.

how are they making a big effort not to screw up 2142 ? I don't see them really doing to much diffrent, ya it wont be as buggy as BF2 but thats because BF2 was pretty much bf2142 beta Im 100% sure there will be a TON of new bugs in 2142 however.

Do you have access to the 2142 private beta forums? and are you playing the 2142 beta?
