hahaha, indeed. I can't visit any of my usual forums without seeing a new thread where someone explains how to doctor the EAD. I also left that torrent link running and have provided about 2Gb of data for a patch that's useless to everyone :)

What's also funny are the people who are telling everyone about the new map and how the commander jeep-drops have changed as though we weren't able to see this for ourselves in the beta :)

The patch is not out, and is not expected in the next few days at all.

We have a vague date it is anticipated to be ready but it's not 100% certain, so rather than give you potentially misleading information it's better to say that there is no fixed release date for the patch at this time.

As soon as we have further information we'll let you know.

How about we all just wait for an official release, if it even is coming out today! Best thing you could do and less chance of screwing something up.

You know at some point if they dont release the patch in the nexe week we will have a better chance of seeing snow then seeing the patch. So far 8 days and no responce from EA I say if we want to really bother the hell our of them find the number to their HQ and just keep calling and caling until they release the patch to stop the phone calls.

That patch is version .793.0

The new version is the .794.0

So dont download this.

Dr.D (or mod) do you think you could edit the title of this thread? It is clearly misleading, after the patch that was downloaded from EA Downloader yesterday was proven to be the old patch, with the errors in code that caused it to be delayed.
