Hey Everyone The 1.4 Patch is comming out Today (Aug. 23). Or if you have EA Downloader you can get it now... you just need to open the

eagamesbf2-2006online_contentbf2-patch-1_4_full.eam

with note pad, change
to have it set as this

downloadcomplete = FALSE
decryptcomplete = TRUE
readytoinstall = FALSE
downloadencrypted = TRUE
displayable = TRUE

Open up EA downloader Quickly Click on teh 1.4 patch and "download now" before it disappears... if you can't get it right away resave teh file and reopen ea downloader... or you can just wait like other people...

but for me i wanted it now.. and u can to.. so now we can use BFPro 1.4

lol thats the thing we found out yesturday theres a locked thread around here with near 20k views called patch 1.4 news, all that got us was the leaked patch from last week

This was done this morning....some people downloaded it and others are waiting until EA's official release. I honestly think the patch is either delayed or it got leaked. Some were saying that the release date in EAD was last week (broken patch).

I'm gonna og about it the same way I did the 1.4beta and make a copy of my current 1.3 folder and install it and see how it is.

*edit* How many others been playing the new patches atleast a day or 2 before they came out, the last couple atleast? I know I couldn't wait to get my hands on the L85A1 when that was added. Big frigg'n deal; live, learn and have fun. Its a game!!

How about we all just wait for an official release, if it even is coming out today! Best thing you could do and less chance of screwing something up.
