One thing no gun can defeat is the shaky netcode. I've fired a full
AK-101 mag into a guy who was moving towards me. After every
burst I got a hit indicator. Finally I had to pull out my pistol and
finish him off.
Imho (when I'm on a server that actually seemes to work) the best
weapons are the snipers. Then the AK-101, G36E, RPK-74 and then
maybe the G36. It doesn't do enough damage to be my favourite.
The AK-101 needs 1! bullet in the head to kill.
The lower recoil of the G36C wins out for me. Unless I'm playing spec-ops in a cqc area, I always opt for the G36C. Far more accurate then it has any right to be. I routinely single shot people at long range. The Scar-L's higher damage is nice, but I find it lacking at long range compared to the G36C.
We could be here forever discussing all the other guns and their relative pros/cons. So lets stay on he G36C (or other Spec-Ops guns.)
I agree with you here. I use the G36C all the time. Great because you can countersnipe when you have to, quick follow up shots, fast ROF for those close range encounters, and decent power. Couple that with 2 packs of C4 taken to the enemy, and 3 packs loaded on the jeep you're riding, and you're a force to be reckoned with.
the scar is THE mostly precise gun in the game, its more precise then the snipers, because each and every shot will land on where the red dot point at. if u can handle the recoil, give 2 shots any range to the head, and ur all good.
dont play much spec-ops anymore, but I'd put an AK101 against damn near anything....it comes down to who's holding the weapon :) If we're talking unlocks I'd put the G3, F2000, G36E up against the G36C anydays.
Don't get me wrong, its a great gun. I saw the specs listed for it, just curious about ROF, does the G36C fire faster than the ScarL?
This gun is just so accurate and has decent power that it is the best gun in the game. It is no doubt the most accurate automatic weapon and only takes 4 or 6 shots to kill someone.
is with olmost every weapon that you can shoot somebody death with 4 or 6 bullets
G36c best weapon in game?, I am not so sure about that
W/ the RPK-74 I can taptap taptap taptap another weak, or inferior sniper thinned from the herd, thus insuring the survival of the species while the G36c just doesn't seem to do enough damage
W/ the RPK-74 I can "hold my own" w/ assault class in CQC
W/ the RPK-74 I enjoy picking off tank mg'ers, mounted guns, & even vodnik mg'ers thru the slot in their armour
The RPK-74 is the 1 support weapon that is accurate standing up
W/ the RPK-74 you will rarely get jumped while changing mags, while the G36c kills 1, or 2 guys, & then you gotta' change mags
The G36c is plenty accurate, but just doesn't seem to do enough damage, if you meet an assault class head on you are dead, w/ the RPK-74 you have way less of that "I saw him first, I shot him first, & now I'm dead" BS
The RPK-74, the best "all round" weapon in the game imho, maybe even the best "assualt rifle"
If I were forced to choose 1 weapon to carry from now on, it would be the RPK-74
G36e and AK101 kickass plain and simple. They, the medics are the assault class now. They've nerfed down support and nerfed down assault(GL) to the point where medic is now the assault class. Seen to many squads of 5 medics and one support storming caps as of late. This should be one of the weakest classes on the field.
