Ok I need more help now.

When I tried to render my movie.

I press Ctrl+A to select the whole movie.
Went to File > Render As..
Put it as uncompressed with the FPS at 25 the Pixel Aspect Ratio at 1 the size at 720x480. Then I put the Audio at 48000.
I then clicked Ok and it started rendering.

Once it was finished the whole movie (6min 56secs) was 18gb.
I then watched it, it has these weird lines in most parts of the movie and then it began to lag heaps like Audio and Video was lagging.

What have I done wrong and can someone show me a method on how to render it properly and then compress it please.

i need help how to control the FLASH EFECT timing.. (starts slow and end fast..) just an example. someone can help me?

All I know about the Flash Effect is that once you have placed it on the track if you zoom in you can see it and then just stretch it and that slows down the flash.

I just spent about 12 hours learning basic stuff mostly compression with vegas vid i like it a lot. I finally put to gether a high quality vid. I am really amased at the quality that came out of it and it s only 40 mb almost perfect vid quality its nothing to special just a test piece i did for compression techinique ill post a link if anyone wants to see a good quality vid.

It should only take 1 min or less you can open it instead of saving (quicker) if you watch it and want to know pm me. It will be hard to explain through a post. If we could use voice that would be better because there is a lot of things in there.
