If its not your PC specs then its the fact that your PC is overheati g and in doing so BF2 closes down. Try opening the case and putting a fan towards it, if it doesnt crash you have your answer, it worked for me.

Patching! HAHAHAHA< you guys have no idea about patching. DHS mandated that all organizations patch with a certain MS patch and I am up here at work patching 1000s of servers! haha, you guys are complaining about a few patches here and there!

Well, the same thing could be said about MS! But, for the most part, their stuff is fairly solid considering the billion different scenerios it runs in.
