Patch 1.4 Delayed????

I was reading the UK forums and came across this post by EAUK_Protagonist:

Due to some last minute changes the release of the 1.4 patch has been delayed.

We do not anticipate this delay being a lengthy one, however we do not have a fixed date for release at this time.

We will update you as soon as there is further information.

Apologies to those who were expecting the patch today, however in order for this patch to succeed in the way it is intended a little extra time is being taken to ensure it is right.

lol, oh well. Guess i know why they always say announcing dates is bad and that things should only be announced when it's final. It's done when it's done, not when it's announced on a Spanish website. :p

Honestly, if this is true, what the hell was the point in the beta test if they're changing things now and not actually having people test it? =/
