Nope. The thing is that people buy games to have fun. Then they play them to extract the fun from the game.

You're taking away their fun.

lol the best is when your base raping and the guys on the other team are yelling and cursing saying they are taking screenshots to get my stats wiped yadda yadda.... lol the best part is they have like 2 other flags to spawn at but yet the idiot keeps spawning in the same spot.. lol he disserves to be raped. Base raping isn’t against the ROE, war is war, if you don’t like it leave.

Exactly, but this isnt a war, is it? This is a game, played for fun. And if the server rules state "no raping the uncap", you be a good guest and follow the rules. Otherwise, do whatever ya want. I have had no problems with making chopper crews leave the servers because I took the fight back to them...

I like the perspective of making an uncap a "prize" for the team to work for. You work hard, you "play" hard. If theres no objective in the game, then "raping an uncap" as an objective, as a prize is a great idea.

Dont get me wrong - I never base rape, its just that when I'm on the end of it, it doesnt really bother me - It's the whingers that do.

No doubt when 1.4 comes out on Tuesday which everyone has been crying for, these boards will be full on wednesday of everyone moaning about the duff patch.

When my team is being base-raped, I take it as a challenge to fight my way out. It's hard and can get annoying, but also very satisfying when your team manages to break out.

However, raping an uncap flag is quite un-sporting. This is a game, not a real war.

The game is geared towards baseraping, end of story. Servers can set the rules if they want though.
