Wake Island is totally ruined by the air kiddies.

The best map made for the BF series games and it was
totally screwed by the chopper and bomb spam.

Of course, this applies to ALL the other maps too, there is so
little skill in the air vehicles. I miss getting killed by actual skill
rather than some mach 1 jet that I have no defense against.
And the choppers are just so gay its pathetic. A direct hit from
a tank and all they do is smoke a little, how gay is that. Choppers
spinning around the flags capping them from the air, and the gunner
spamming the machine gun at anything that moves.. GAY.

And then to make matters worse, all the chopper and jet kiddies
actually think that their 10/1 kill.death ratio means something
hahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahaha ha.

What about missiles, do missiles bounce off sheet metal as well? I guess they must.

And why are we talking about this in a realism perspective anyways? Is it good game mechanics to have 2 pilots hold back 40 people on a carrier mounted with 2 AA systems? I guess its easy to say yes when your the one in the jet. Why do you people demand there be no challenge for you, is it fun randomly raping people who can do nothing about it? Its like taking away anti tank, c4, and mines and driving around in a tank saying how much you own. Your ruining aircrafts for people like me who dont want to just be a whore and want to do something that requires a bit of skill to do.

I bet those same pilots will get you owned in IO mode and we will see all this noobs coming here to cry about hacks. Before hacks got owned by armor, now with no armor hacks will rule the maps.

Wake for BF2 is a disaster anyway. Just stay away from it and have a better
BF2 experience.
