Mine is a random name I chose when I first started playing online games (Half Life multiplayer) when I saw that no one uses their real name. No idea why I picked it but now I can't imagine using anything else. It's not very "cool" but it's me :-) Of course in BF2 Kurt was taken so it's something similar.

My name is just my real first and last names put together and jumbled up, have fun rearranging it :)

Well for me, after being kicked/warned too many times for my old name - TommySH1TT (a guy on cKy), I decided to have something less offensive, and at the time I was short on ideas and driving a Ford Escort Si (loved that car).

The slang/nickname for an Escort is Scort - so I went for this, plus it matches the account I have in AA; only someone had already taken Scort for BF2 (an never used it), so I have TheScort.

my name comes from when i used it playing team fortress (remember it? ) back in the day, and more recently counterstrike.
I thought it worked well with all the guns and stuff

Dragon was the call sign given to me by my CO
when flying fighter jets in the USMC
they said I was as invincible as the "mythical dragon"
too bad - that is not true in BF2 :cry:

Well my nick in other games, had a few but I used 1n54n3 in other games, when I came to BF2 which was in August, I had BF2 in June when it first came out, but never actually could play it since my computer at the time wouldn't run it, so I just played it at a friends.

Then when I came to make my own account in August, the name was taken by some German, but he hasn't logged into his account since last year. My other nick was DooM but that was taken too. Then I made this account, no idea really, it just comes to you, like I played mainly fps, like all of the MOH's, call of duty 2 etc. So Eternal-Souljah, kind of like Eternal-Soldier but added style/slang to it.

Just because I read and write science fiction. My ingame name, marspilgrim, just comes from my first book, "Pilgrims, Book One of the Mars Rebellion".

wjp is almost exact translation from english RIB (rigid inflatable boats). I took that because my usual nick (ponton or eng. pontoon) was taken. and I added 1 because wjp was taken :)
