its the cheap night vision.

That's how night vision works in real life it lights everything up and everything is green. But most people who are used to playing games Tom Clancy games. They kinda combine heat vision and night vision and light up enemies as white.

Any map where the jets stop you from crossing the water, like wake or clean sweep.

Operation Clean Sweep/Kubra Dam/Zatar Wetlands/Daqing Oilfields/Dalian Plant are my most hated maps.

daqing oilfields, songhua stalemate, taraba quarry. Karkands my most played map, but thanks to dolphin diving generals, wall hackers and claymore whores, it now sucks the most.

Night maps were awesome, everyone likes them on DC, everyone hates them in SF.

Although they would be better without night vision in some ways..... BF2 community is really good at hating things.

Oh yeah, Surge. Something about that map just bugs the hell out of me too. I am down with most of the night maps though. Night fight is so much better when you have 64 ppl on a smaller map!

Nightfight rocks. People just love to hate on night maps. You have to get used to them. I'm not a big fan of 64 player Karkand or Kubra Dam. Kubra Dam is just so damn boring. It's not really too great for tanks since you could drive your tank off cliff and start it on fire easily. Plus if you do stay on the narrow paths you can easily be bombed or tved. It sucks for sniping. All the flags are empty for the most part. You loose a flag about every 3 seconds because after it's capped the guy just speeds away on an FAV. Kubra Dam is great for helis and planes. But I'm mostly an armor guy and ground pounder.
