Noob In a Knife fight

Okay I was playing sharqi today and i was playing MEC engineer and so i got in a gunfight with a marine with an FN200 and we both ran outta of amunition so we both took out our knifes, i thought this guy was a good palyer because he didn't just reload and shoot, but then in the middle of the fight he threw a flashbang grenade.... i couldn't see him so he came up and knifed me.


Do u Guys think using flashbangs in a knifefight is noobish?

He just used what he had. However, usually I like to be fair and knife vs knife only even thought its usually my knife vs somebody's fully loaded gun.

Fair?!? What the hell. It's a game....any legit equipment use is fair. Me, I like to not be killed, so if you are coming at me with a knife and I have a full clip...say g'night Gracie.

normally I would duel, but in most of the cases other people intervene and either shoot me or shoot him .. so I hurry and try kill him with any mean possible

Here is how you can win 99% of the time:

knife, jump, crouch prone, knife, crouch, stand,

repeat until the guy is dead

The real "n00b" in this knife fight was you. If you were smart you would have just killed him with a pistol, or better, a grenade, instead of letting him have a chance at you.

thats awesome i woud have throwen a flashbang or nade if i hadone lol i would also use 1. main gun 2.pistol 3.flash bang 4. reload main gun while flashbang is in effect lol win everytime lol i will use whatever i have to kill the guy next to me even if that includes throwing the wrench at him

I have gotten into a few knife fights and I'd have to say the funniest time was when we were both fighting for about 2 minutes until his teammate drove over him and me with his Vodnik.

Another time I got into a knife fight and had a crowd of four other teammates watching as the two of us dueled it out. Until I finally knifed him.
