Actually, if you look in the files, there IS a semi-auto gun... probably an unlock.

But it is just like the laser-designator... never made it in.

They should of put the M21 in the game instead of the M24. Its semi-auto and can be designed to be exactly like the SVD/Type 88.

Well, they COULD have made the M95 true to life, but that would be a little overpowered.

The H&K PSG-1 is really just a heavily modified G3.

Very cool looking though, this this would be scary in the game as is the most accurate .308 rifle is the world, and semi auto

I want either the SR-25 SPR, or the Springfield M21/25, those are good guns for the USMC. Or even better the M82A2 .50 cal BMG Semi-Auto sniper Rifle but in RL its anti Material, not infantry.

I wish they could make an Autosniper like in CSS!!! I love that gun, very accurate, and lethal!!! I do not remember the military name for that gun, but it is awesome. This single shot in close combat stinks. Dont get me wrong, the single shot is awesome at a distance but it should have a switch on the gun to make it auto!!! Just my 2 cents!!!

or they could go for the .50 cal M107, has a 10 round mag and is very accurate up to 2000metres aparantly. It can also use HE tipped rounds and can pierce armour used on APC's!

I think if they did put in one they should've done the PSG-1 because it is part of the G3 series, a theme which is common in the game (4 unlocks are of the series).

And plus, with the PSG-1, you can use the sniper rifle to save Meryl and defeat Wolf

i believe u mean the MSG-1. anyway i agree that would have been a great unlock. even better if it replaced the M95. no tks for planes or choppers and u still have the beloved L96a1 if u want to go bolt action.(it aint gonna happen but a guy can dream cant he?)

Actually sassback, there is an HK sniper rifle called the PSG-1, and that's what i was referring to. Also, whoever posted about the M107, that would have been much better than the M95 because it is semi-auto. It wouldn't be that unbalanced if EA had thought about it and slowed down the snipers carrying it, and made the recoil higher.
