hopefully changing it helps others also , because with the account i did it to (my girlfriends) she was having major issues playing , almost everytime she tried to join a server it would crash to desktop (she was profile 0001) , while my account (profile 0002 )was having no issues at all. Thats what gave me the idea to just rename her profile 0003 , and since then her account has playing as well as mine. I would like to know if it improves anyone elses gameplay also. thanks.

Thats good to hear talus , i know the fix seems simple and i know its not a cure all for all problems but like i said it seems to work for me and now you and hopefully others.

tried it and when i click on join game i got a ctd...so i guess its just time to play the dont-clikc-join-game-and-wait game
