Well if they are not doing anything thats against your server rule, and all they did was just bragging, then I don't think a kick/ban is justify.

They just don't have class as a player.

was in a server yesterday and someguy kept sayin 'hello' everytime he killed someone

was funny seeing it the when he killed me and typed i got extremely annoyed and exacted my own revenge

when its not aimed at you its funny, when it is it just motivates you

When I am on TS w/ my friends, & we get split up on different teams, if 1 of us kills the other sometimes we will say "hiiiiiiii" w/ a reeeeaaaallly gay voice

It is funny as HELL
