It doesn't but most prone spammers do use macros. Why? Because while you can prone spam in a manual fashion you cannot do that and strafe, jump, accurately aim a rifle and maintain your situatation awareness.Originally posted by PredatorFor the love of god, it does not take macros to prone spam! Pressing crl-z-crl-z etc is not very hard. I can do it easily and so can you if you spent 5 seconds actually trying to figure it out instead of complaining about it. Stop assuming all prone spammer use macros, it is a largely false generalization.
A macro will do it far faster and without error which leaves you free to do the other things mentioned above. A prone macro is exacting to the millisecond. For example a macro can depress a key for exactly 50ms every time without fail and leave a sleep delay of 40ms between every action. That is IMPOSSIBLE to do by hand. I am absolutely positive Volx is using a macro. And while not all prone spammers use macros I'd be willing to bet the vast majority do.

That is CGS, the lan of which I am talking about. It is the biggest bf2 event in history and is going to be broadcast on direcTV at the end of August. You think they got there by only macroing? 20id has been the best bf team in the world since '42. Have you ever even played against 20id? Exactly. They really don't pronespam that much compared to other teams anyway. Don't know how the top teams play? I've played against all of them many times before, some of team HOT's best players use to play on my team. I never said wallglitching was ok, that is obviously an exploit, much UNLIKE pronespaming etc.Leave a comment:

Played acouple of rounds with him, he's usually on really late.
All he does is spam nades, prone jump and chuck C4 before it got nerfed.
I TKed him 3 times in 1 round "by accident", he punished right away, he's a loser, nough said.
There must be something really wrong with him if he gets gratifacation out of basically doing the same thing over and over again for nearly 2000 hours.
get a life...Leave a comment:

People who use any type of macro (be it software, a mouse or a keyboard) to gain an unfair advantage over other players get absolutely zero respect in my book and Volx would fall in to that. If I worked for DICE I'd ban him for violating the ROE just to make a point.Leave a comment:

It had nothing to do with racial anything. Honour was mentioned and I disagreed and posted facts to back up my dispute.
Of course everyone is welcome nor did I say anything to say otherwise so don't put words in my mouth.
I'm allowed to disagree and if I post FACT all you can do is post fact in retun to rebuff me otherwise you are just trolling for an arguement which quite obviously I will win, against you anyway.
God, I even admire the culture you silly man. Read a whole post before you go beaking off.Leave a comment:

On a related story I've only played support in the manner that Volx has once. I was on Karkand playing my usual medic kit when a rogue grenade kills me. Some medic runs up and revives me and instead of getting my G36E I get a PKM. I couldn't find my kit on the ground and I never play support but I figured for the hell of it I'd give the "support whore" method of playing a whirl.
At the Karkand fence I threw down some resupply packs for the nearby AT kits and medics and started to chuck grenades over the fence in random locations. About 4 minutes later I'm up 20 resupply points, 20+ grenade kills and have thrown well over what I'd estimate to be around 50 grenades over the same fence. Finally a grenade *shock!* kills me and I get back on my medic and continue having fun.
My romp in to the twisted world of Volx was certainly boring and lame but boy oh boy was it a great way to farm some easy points. I'm not kidding when I say you could probably teach a severely mentally handicapped person to play identical to Volx on Karkand. I also recommend the "Volx style" of play to all the newbies who want to rank up because it takes absolutely zero skill to rack up a massive amount of combat and teamwork points.Leave a comment:

There you go. That's me done with this.
Official apologies
Main article: list of war apology statements issued by Japan
The Japanese government considers that the legal and moral positions in regard to war crimes are separate. Therefore, while maintaining that Japan violated no international law or treaties, Japanese governments have officially recognised the suffering which the Japanese military caused, and numerous apologies have been issued by the Japanese government. For example, Prime Minister Tomiichi Murayama, in August 1995, stated that Japan "through its colonial rule and aggression, caused tremendous damage and suffering to the people of many countries, particularly to those of Asian nations", and he expressed his "feelings of deep remorse" and stated his "heartfelt apology". Also, on September 29, 1972, Japanese Prime Minister Kakuei Tanaka stated, "The Japanese side is keenly conscious of the responsibility for the serious damage that Japan caused in the past to the Chinese people through war, and deeply reproaches itself."[6]
However, the official apologies are widely viewed as inadequate by many of the survivors of such crimes and/or the families of dead victims. The subject of official apologies is controversial as many people aggrieved by alleged Japanese war crimes maintain that no apology has been issued for particular acts and/or that the Japanese government has merely expressed "regret" or "remorse".[12]. However, according to the Oxford English Dictionary, an apology is "a formal, public statement of regret", and moreover, the Japanese word for "apology" itself has also been used on several occasions. Some allege that the media in some countries "glosses over" or hides efforts at reconciliation by Japan, including "generous" Japanese aid packages, especially in countries where media outlets are under formal or de facto state control[7] It is further alleged that this reflects anti-Japanese sentiment.[8]
Some in Japan have asserted that what is being demanded is that the Japanese Prime Minister and/or the Emperor perform dogeza, in which an individual kneels and bows his head to the ground — a high form of apology in east Asian societies that Japan appears unwilling to do.[9]
It is possible to point to German Chancellor Willy Brandt, who knelt at a monument to the Jewish victims of the Warsaw Ghetto, in 1970, as an example of a powerful and effective act of apology and reconciliation, although that point is disputed.[10]
John Borneman, associate professor of anthropology at Cornell, [11] states that, "an apology represents a non-material or purely symoblic exchange whereby the wrongdoer voluntarily lowers his own status as a person." Borneman further states that once this type of apology is given, the injured party must forgive and seek reconciliation, or else the apology won't have any effect. The injured party may reject the apology for several reasons, one of which is to prevent reconciliation, because, "By keeping the memory of the wound alive, refusals prevent an affirmation of mutual humanity by instrumentalizing the power embedded in the status of a permanent victim."[12]
Therefore, some argue that a nation's reluctance to accept the conciliatory gestures that Japan has made may be because that nation doesn't think that Japan has "lowered" itself enough to provide a sincere apology. On the other hand, others state their belief that that particular nation is choosing to reject reconciliation in pursuit of permanent "victimhood" status as a way to try to assert power over Japan.[13]Leave a comment:

Creating a macro to make you difficult to hit is one of them. Dropping out massive amounts of resupply packs is one, and spending the entire round throwing grenades at the enemy spawn is another. It takes little or no skill to do the above yet these are the three main reasons Volx scores as high as he does.
I don't deny for a second he's better than the average joe but he's no certainly no BushViper either.
