So if I get in 1250 hours playtime before hitting 180,000 I should be able to skip the 1 star and get the two star.

Of all the 3 stars the top 50 each month gets 4 stars? In other words the crappy 3 stars never see 4 right?

If you meet all the requirements for 2-star, when you reach 180,000 points you will be promoted to 1-star, & then you make your next kill you will be promoted to 2-star

That's how I got mine, both in the same round (& both w/ the knife LOL)

as usual ( and it is NO One's fault but EA- why we the community have to deduce it ?????????????)
everyone guessed wrong about how to get 4 stars

there were 32 4-stars, and now just a 36 of them
if top 50 3-stars were to get it
we should have 82 of them !?!?!?!

son worked his butt off to get into top 50 3-stars
made it to #48
oh well - at least he is still having fun !

Allow me to explain, you EARN your 4th star @ 800,000 points, no 1 has done that yet, the 32 4 star generals were temporarily AWARDED the 4th star

So 50 + 32 is not correct

As to why there are not 50 4 star generals, I don't know, but I believe it is just as EA said, the top 50 scoring 3 star generals each month will get to wear the 4th star, I think what happened was that last month there weren't 50 generals to give 4 stars to

Any of the big ranks or six-figure scores are "forget it" for people who have to earn a living, IMO.

Thanks. That's just silly though, players who don't enjoy piloting or driving are kinda screwed. Not that I am anywhere close to those ranks, but kinda depressing knowing I'd have to learn how to fly and do it even though it's not fun for me

Well I may have to force myself to like it, but in all the fps games I've ever played, I always come back to general grunting. It's the most challenging and fun thing for me.
