:) Let's face it: Those who can play with max graphics settings are rewarded with the most beautiful graphics for this type of game.

When you are shooting a heli, or someone while in the HUMVEE/VODNIK, and inevitably, someone gets in, and drives off.

That is, quite possibly, the most unique sig I have ever seen for BF2. You sir, have my respect.

                :) 64 player servers.

The whole game engine is from ***. (Graphics are lousy but the game is still heavy, it's damn badly coded, the "dynamic envinronment" that DICE was advertising is based only on just couple ridiculous petrol barrel explosions and a ****ing breaking little fence.)

If DICE knew that they can't make a proper game engine why they wouldn't have bought some other company's engine?

                        Like: Gameplay/Variety
Dislike: Too many patches that addressed gameplay changes, rather than actually fixing game bugs. Not sure if all those gameplay tweaks were actually ever requested by the BF2 community.

:) The game itself with Teamplay. My default server and the clan i play with + the Teamspeak Fun.

All these Smacktards: bunnyhoppers + Dolphindiver wussys, Air-whores, Solo-Choppers, Claymore noobs, Eryx noobtuber, Car-throwing Commanders, Hackers, Exploiters, Teamkillers,.......
The Game itself is brilliant. What makes it bad are these guys I mentioned above. Oh and the Armor on Karkand which is just too much. (64 map)

:) Teamwork when a squad pulls together

EA/Dice ignoring the development of single player/co-op (not everyone plays 24/7 on-line, co-op was a good move though for those wanting a small LAN game with a few friends it's just a shame though that patch 1.3 gave us the idle bots !)

opps I forgot to list a dislike

My like was the VOip. Although TS and Vent are better. The ingame VOip is suprisingly good, and accessible.

                              Dislikes.

The rank/badge/ribbon/point system. I don't blame people for playing for these incentives, they were put there and it's their prerogative to do so. But I wonder what the game would be like with no alternative incentives.

                                Greatest online FPS to date
Absolutely terrible engine, badly coded, crappy map editor, bad network code...

Why couldn't they use a good engine like the Unreal one?
