Its on the first page, http://realitymod.com/forum/t8297-in...n-weapons.html

PRMM = Project Reality Mini Mod (they really need to drop the mini mod part because it really isnt small anymore)

Not true with V BF2, I just did a little experement with a freind on my server. M16 takes about 95% off with a single headshot, does not matter if the player has armor or not(medic or support).

Re: Interesting Discoveries regarding accuracy of weapons.

lol, if you guys actually played the game you would all know this. ok ok i know some of you play it once in a while, but really, those statistics were obvious.

btw the m16 takes atleast 2 shots directly to the head (as someone else mentioned) while the AK takes 1 shot. there's an example of the balance in the game. I don't understand, considering they have the exact same caliber in the game (m16 - 5.56, ak101 - 5.56, why dont they just use ak74 - 5.45)

oh yeah, and if anyone says the MR444 sux and is way off, well you must not understand the benefits of that pistol.

first of all, ALL the pistols are exactly the same as far as accuracy. Not where the bullet actually hits compared to where the cross hairs point (and you're not lining up the sights either) that's a different story.

the MR444 is the best where it hits. as long as you get used to hit and know where it hit's, its the best pistol by far. You know why? Because the sights aren't in the way. You can lower your pistol and see your entire target and still hit him. It's amazing. and accuracte of course. BEST PISTOL

Once again, these tests were done on Project Reality. Not vBF2. But further research showed the crosshair in ironsight mode is the same in vBF2.

This crosshair shows where the weapon is truly pointing. It is the innacuracy and random bullet cone which puts bullets elsewhere.

No wonder the AK101 is ****ting at range.

I'll make the necessary mental adjustment for that offset.

                GREAT post.

Sorry I dont use the stock kit weapons, so I dont know this obvious stuff. I think all or almost all unlocks are the better guns.

There was one in Dice Feedback or bug reports, but I can't find it now. Is the whole section removed? In the meantime, get an overlay crosshair and start exploring by yourself.
