dude i never even seen ya. are u new? a global score of only 29k. is not much. but ur only 16, why would u sit in a house and play games when u should be living it up. online games are for mostly out of college and beyound peeps.

You young sir need to learn life management skillz,...put BF2 in perspective in your life, right now your out of balance. Try playing life for most of the week and relegate BF2 to an hour or two here and there 2 to 3 days a week, you can do it unless you have no will power.
Most of you know me here now, some know me as BloodHound, some as BigBoss, but as it stands ive become so depressed with my life and doing nothing but sat on the pc and playing BF2. 17 days i retire my post as an official BF2 player, the Special Operations: Mec Vs Pla Mod is going over to my fellow modder D3ANO who will make an account here and continue modding process. In my part i have created several maps that he will continue. I will keep posting here to help the new kids on the block. But as for playing actual BF2 it will be no more, i am unistalling the game and getting on with my life. im sick of havin a life over a PC, so you can either care or not, but i will leave with my head high.
17 days my Server will be deleted and so my account will join it.

I'm as addicted to PC gaming as one could get, and still be functional as a father, husband, and self employed person.
I've been doing it for 12 years now.
Here's some quick caculations:
12 years = 4,380 days
4,380 days x 4hrs a day= 17,520hrs
( this is a conservative estimate because during the winter I only work when it snows, I make all my money during long stretches on, and then have long stretches off)
17,520hrs divided by 24= 730 days
730 days divided by 365 days = 2 years.
That's 2 whole years, and doesn't include forum posting, building computers, and other tweaking. Just playing. My BF2 average right now is 2.5hours per day, which is low, but it is summertime.
I recently took 5 months off. No games, no computer, no internet. My mobo went and I didn't have the "cash" for a new ground up build. I had the credit, but felt it was a undue luxury to "charge" the parts.
It was good to take the time off, no one gave me 2 weeks, but I made it 5 months. Infact there were a few times I had the cash for my new rig, but decided not to spend the first freed up $1500.00 bucks that came along, and applied the money to other things.
I'm older (43) and have choosen this as a hobby and passion. Previously to multi-player gaming I considered drinking , doing blow, and getting arrested as the most fun I could have, so I have my reasons, for doing what I do.
But if your 16 there are many other things you can devote time to doing. It doesn't mean it can't be part of your life, now, or later on.
Be safe, don't find something more destructive to become "obessed" with.
