well - it is in the SOUTH Pacific (not the north)
it is 2/3 from Hawaii to Guam
the central bay is "shark free" (not sure why)
I taught several of my squadron mates how to snorkel/scuba dive there

and do you know how it got its name?
I will come back in 2 days to give you the answer
(the original name was Isle of ST Fransisco = and it is not really an island - but an Atoll)

The island was renamed after a captain that visited one day......

Okay well I'm glad you all like the beer idea, i mean, who doesn't like beer?

But let your imagination slip away for a bit and consider floating and drinking but looking in the sky seeing jets blowin the shiit out of eachother and hearing explosions off on the distant shores. Now THAT would be even better!
