I'm going to need to upgrade but I'm waiting for the DX10 cards just for Cyrsis!

This game is awesome I have seen a lot of the vids. I loved how he punched the house down and it collapsed with the mega strength option. Also mowing down those trees reminded me of the minigun scene in Predator.

Crysis seems just like a friggin tech demo to me for DX10, but it is made by the guys who made FarCry right? So Ill take a look I guess.

any pc games developer who develope only for windows vista are kind of shootign themselves in the foot, but its not completely their fault, because microsoft made them do it. lets all hope that someone finds a way to get DX10 on windows xp so we can all play the DX10 windows vista games without having to upgrade to windows vista. i just spent $1000 on my new cpu and video card to get ym system ready for the new games coming out at the end fo this year and next year, and now i need to spend even more just to play 1 game... maybe i will be able to try it on my windows vista beta 2 install on my 80gb drive.

It did say you could play on XP. Microsoft just said that DX10's core was too complicated to be woven into XP.
