It did say you could play on XP. Microsoft just said that DX10's core was too complicated to be woven into XP.

well if thats the case, then **** yeah! ill buy the game. i dont plan on upgrading to windows vista probably for a year after its release. from what i saw in the forum though, i will be able to play the game perfectly on my computer. i usually never play ay any higher resoltuon than 1024x768. my rig's specs are in ym sig

Im going to upgrade when crysis/vista comes out, so my system will just have to hold.

Thats what i reccomend to most people.

Ya, all the interviews and showing from CryTek is stuff on DX9/XP. They are not showing it on a Vista beta. So keep that in mind anytime you see video of the game.

Vista will take over your pc and not let you do as much as you can in xp so boo vista!
