I run cable internet from comcast in Chicago and ping under 100 for the entire US, ping 125-150 for UK and Germany, and get kicked for high ping in servers in AU. On the servers I play most often, I ping less than 50 without any trouble. I do wonder though - are the people pinging 16 getting a jump on me because of connection speed?
