No wonder I often agree with your posts.

Let's highjack this thread with replies about The Bozo Show, AM Rock, Tang and bellbottoms.

Can't you just talk about all the old stuff at bingo night? j/k don't know of any of those shows. But I tell people about the shows I watched as a kid and they have no clue what i'm talking about. (David the Gnome, Duck tails, Tailspin)

Wait till they start calling the shows you grew up with "classics". Bugs, Daffy, Yosemite Sam, FogHorn LegHorn, RoadRunner. I was a big WB fan, still am, Chuck Jones was a genius.

At the end of the day though I feel bad. If I put that much time into a game, and then just moved onto another one, or something better came out I'd be pissed. Then again I play for fun don't care about ranks and all that ****. Waiting for PoE2, and FG2 to drop...

Why are you worried if people are worried? It's the internets don't get so serious.

As good of a game as BF2 is, i couldnt play it as much as that, my brain would implode.
yeah i've always thought of them "cheating" like that just for the glory......

No matter what, he may have 100000000 points but he does the same thing all day long. He dosn't even have the easy medals that anyone can get.

Its been about 4 months since the last time Ive played BF2 and I guess Firestorm, Blazin and others like Volx are still fighting for those top positions on a video game spending extreme amount of hours every day. Ive been thinking about a skit or something that Id like to act out if there was like a big BF2 convention one day. It would star Firestorm and him mom:

"It is nearing 5:00 A.M when all of the sudden Chad's alarm goes off. He wakes up still trying to recover from the 14 hours of BF2 he played the day before. Struggling to get up he managed to reach over and turn on his computer. While his computer is booting up he heads in the kitchen to get a cup of coffee for he has a long day of playing to do. He looks over to see his mom coming in, "Chad did you sleep ok?" "MOM HOW MANY TIMES DO I HAVE TO TELL YOU? MY NAME IS FIRESTORM!" Frightened, his mom slowly backs away and retreats. Chad just ponders why his mom just cant remember his by his proper title of Firestorm, #1 on the BF2 leaderboards."

Anway I just thought that would be kind of a funny skit to act out, maybe because it really happens!! By the way, Im sure Chad is not his real name I just made something up.

                              BTW,

My buddy Steve won the grand prize. Him, his 3 brothers and I, were all on an the show once. A franchised version of the show was done locally here in MA. It was after the invention of taped programming but I believe was still done live.

I'm 43, I must have been maybe 7yrs old or younger at the time? Wow that's over 35 years ago.
I'd tell you about the time I was on Boomtown but I guess it'll have to wait for bingo night.

Hey if I invest another 1400 hours over the next year, I will be close to 500,000 points also.... of course things like my social life, health, family relationships, and sense of reality will all be affected but who cares? I will be an uber BF2 internet legend! A god amongst the Battlefield community! Avatars will bow to me whenever I enter a forum! I am just joking around but seriously it is all about what is important to you.... to each his own-
