I use pistols a lot too, as sniper is one of my fav kits. I would take the time and learn how to accuratly shoot the silenced pistol zoomed. You'll learn how to aim. Its not the most accurate in the game but close. It is the most accurate while moving though. I have over 600 pistol kills most of which from sniper, or after I see a teamate sniper get someone once ill be nice and finish him off. HeH

For my pistol shots, I typically put the top of the iron sight at neck level (so the pistol covers the target's body and all I can see is the head.) For the silenced pistols, the silencer blocks out the iron sight, so I try to put the top of the silencer in the middle of their head. It's the same technique used to aim with the SVD.

At close range, it depends if I've been spotted. If we see each other, I just point the x-hairs at their head and circle strafe while unloading the clip. If they don't see me, I do the usual flop, bring up iron sights, fire as fast as possible.

The pistol's recoil is also very easy to compensate for as it's straight up. So at long range I will aim at about crotch level, so the recoil walks sucessive shots up the body and maybe a headshot if I'm lucky.

If its close range, I don't worry about zooming. Just aim the crosshairs. Otherwise I find zoomed in is much more accurate and you can get some decent kills pretty far away.

i wouldnt consider myself that good with pistols but here is my take:
pistols are for close quarters combat! if ur far enough away to have to use ur sights u should be using ur primary.

*btw Cazzy, whiile you take precious time to aim the guy with "the pkm in ur face" is getting off multiple, very powerful shots with his weapon.

snipers second best friend is the zoomed pistola .one shot from the rifle pull out your pistol and empty a clip on zoom incredible the distance you can get the kills ..try it stops bunny hoppers trying to flee holding on to there two bars of health lmao

pistols are for close quarters combat! if ur far enough away to have to use ur sights u should be using ur primary.

Unless your primary is a shotgun or SMG. In that case the primary is for CQC only and the pistol is for medium & long-range.

I killed so many people on a rooftop one time as anti tank with the DAO 12, and when Id see a guy at the distance, Id pistol him to death. I had a great run, killing about 10-12 people before a few too many grenades got up there with me. Im sure it upset a lot of people, since I had about 3-4 guys all trying to get me.
