Dude...DAO isn't that good...only at close range..that make for one-shot kills. As for me, I'm going to dual wield the F2000, or PKM. Dual Grenade launchers...or dual guns with 100 ammo. You haven't seen dolphin diving till' you've seen me with mah PKM.

You don't use knives to chop salad...thats a meatcleavers job! Anyways, before we get off topic...I don't care about much of this...I still think that there should be an ability to throw your weapon..would help your knife kills alot...you know..instead of reloading your stupid pistol..you can hurl it at your opponents head, stunning him, while you rip out yer' PKM and dust the mofo.

..instead of dual knives what about a huge f*ck off machete! or a plank of wood with a nail in the end or a bike chain...in fact do away with the guns and grenades and we have to fight each other with whatever we find laying around in Karkhand!! an APC door, a rock or part of the train wreck......LOL :laugh:

Come on, we're just messin about guvnor, throwing knives is a bit nuts i grant you, but i stand by my original idea of dual pistols. Its not that far fetched.

Descend to the level of beasts- i like it! You could have a bite attack too, great for melee situations where you run out of ammo- just nash someones nose off with your incisors! I think it would be quite sweet if they added blood into the game, let the streets of karkand run red!

Akimbo pistol shooting is a blast, however reloading is a bugger, takes 3 times as long, and you can't hit jack all outside of like 5m. Seriously, I've tried it.

However if we are talking about akimbo weapons we want in BF2, Akimbo pump shotguns, and Akimbo sniper rifles.

Instant death against anyone up close with the Shotguns, and instant death at long ranges with the sniper rifles.

However they'd have to make the M11-87 a semi auto, like it is IRL.

i want bf2 to have dual wield chansaw, and a dirtbike at the same time......actually, i just want the dirtbike....but using two chainsaws (or any weapon) at the same time just kicks /\ss with over-the-top abserd coolness.

That is the point, you wont be able to zoom, adding to the innaccuracy of the weapon and balancing out its enhanced firepower. Trust me amigos, it'd be sweet!

Allied Intent mod has throwing knives for specops.
