Everyone starts out bad, you just gotta learn the game. Also have fun instead, before you turn into a stat hungry noob.

1. Never hold down the trigger. Use single shot when shooting at one from distance.
2. Never walk in open, go for cover
3. Always look at your mini-map radar. If the UAV is up and its over your head, check the map. If you see one sneaking around take him down from behind.
4. Never stay on the same spot. Shoot and move.
5. If you are outgunned, go and hide, get yourself out of the area.
6. Don't move alone. Go with teammates.
7. Use the spot command, if you don't get the enemy and he gets you, then you are sure someone from your team gets him.
8. Don't charge, go along a route where someone wouldn't expect you.
9. When all your meds are down, take their kit and revive them if possible. Don't revive them in front of APC's, tanks or enemy infantry.
10. Learn your surroundings, you have the advantage if you spot an enemy first.

And just play and you will be become better and better :)

its not tooo terrible, but its a bad start. bf2 is a very diff game than other fps and i learned that when i frist started playing. i started with a .5 k/d ratio, but after i got the hang of it, ive been trying to improve that score. learn ur weapons better, like the g36c is good for circle strafing (running circles around ur enemy while shootiNg) and the pkm is only good if ur prone. in fact...if u really want to improve ur score, the pkm is a killer gun. do not go full auto, always stay prone when fighting, and fire one shot at a time. remember 3 hits and hes down. and take ur time. i kno bf2 mite not be fun when u get killed

yeah, you'd like to find a squad where teammates stay close to themselves and don't fool around in the map just to earn time in squad or squad score...

Its just too hard for me to get those 2 badges. I never get kills with the knife or pistol. :\
